Our turnaround time is 1-3 days plus shipping time. Shipment on the weekend will be adjusted to the next business day.

If your order had a mistake when received then you may notify lunasmerch.shop@gmail.com . You are eligible to receive a refund as long as the item is still tagged and has not been worn .  You are eligible to receive a refund/exchange within 72 hours of delivery.
