Refund policy

There will be No Refunds or Exchanges  unless there was an error on our part such as shipping out the incorrect style, size, color or a misspelling on the design.  We will not be responsible for any errors while ordering such as inputting an incorrect address, product, size, color or any spelling mistakes as well as any incorrect assumptions (please be sure to read the description and review the size chart). 

Cancellations-  Cancellations are only accepted within the first 24 hours after the order has been placed. Cancellations are not available once the order has been shipped out, is in transit or been delivered.

If your order had a mistake when received then you may notify lunasmerch.shop@gmail.com . You are eligible to receive a refund as long as the item is still tagged and has not been worn .  You are eligible to receive a refund/exchange within 72 hours of delivery. If there is no contact or item is not tagged at the 72 hour limit then you are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you have any questions please contact lunasmerch.shop@gmail.com .
