Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?
There will be NO Refunds or Exchanges . We will not be responsible for any errors while ordering such as inputting an incorrect address, product, size, color or any spelling mistakes as well as any incorrect assumptions (please be sure to read the description and review the size chart).
If your order had a mistake when received then you may notify lunasmerch.shop@gmail.com . You are eligible to receive a refund as long as the item is still tagged and has not been worn . You are eligible to receive a refund/exchange within 72 hours of delivery. If there is no contact or item is not tagged at the 72 hour cap then you are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
