We cannot accept an exchange and/or return if you ordered the wrong size or you don't like the color thread you chose; or because our processing time was not noted at the time you placed an order. Our processing times. Our turnaround time is 1-3 days plus shipping time. Shipment on the weekend will be adjusted to the next business day.
